The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an independent government body responsible for protecting the Kingdom’s critical infrastructure, government networks and data from cyber threats and attacks. The NCA is the main authority responsible for managing and coordinating the national cybersecurity strategy and its implementation. It also works to ensure that the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure is secure, reliable and resilient. The NCA serves as the main point of contact for the private sector and other government entities for all cyber security-related issues. It also provides advice and guidance on cyber security matters, and works with government partners, industry, academia and the wider public to ensure that the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure is secure. The NCA also works to promote cyber security awareness through education and training, and to develop and promote cyber security standards and best practices.
